Your data will be processed by 3D+DREAMS Company legal person no. 515 354 180, with registered office in Rua das Musas, nº. 11 – 1º. Dto., Parque das Nações, Lisboa, Portugal. 3D+DREAMS Company is the sole data controller of your personal data in accordance with and pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Your requests will be processed with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You will be informed without delay and at the latest within one (1) month of receipt of the request. This deadline can be extended for another (2) months period, taking into account the number of requests or its complexity, according to the current Portuguese Legislation.

Please, take note that in certain cases (e.g. due to legal requirements) your request may not be immediately met. In any case, you will be informed without undue delay and at the latest within one (1) month from the date of receipt of the request, of the reasons why we have not complied with your request.

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the National Data Protection Commission (“Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados”), in https://www.cnpd.pt/  

3D+Dreams can only guarantee the safety of your data stored in our website and cannot be responsible for your data being stored in other sites or social media.
